This sign doesn’t play any games. It’s here to say things as they are. This gym can’t promise that if you start working out, you’ll suddenly look like Brad Pitt (or whoever you think is good-looking), but they can promise that you will probably get fitter.

That’s fair. They know their limits, and they’re not making any false promises. We have to appreciate them for that. It feels like all we see today is false advertising and fake news. It’s nice to see an ad that tell is like it it.
