I have so many questions about this sign. What in the world are “back alley people”? Is the alley behind this business filled with people who are there so often that they have come to be known as “back alley people”? Or is this a weird way of saying “homeless people”? Who talks like this? Does anyone else picture the boss of this company as some kind of 1930s tycoon with a big cigar?

But I hope that the bizarreness of the wording does not distract you from the fact that they misspelled the word “Management.” I just love when serious businesses not only make a typo, but fail to notice it during the proofing, printing, and posting processes.
