#62: Late Night Visitor, Part 2
The timing of me reading this story kind of creeps me out; just last night, at three in the morning, there was a little girl standing outside a nearby house and crying because she couldn’t get in. One of the neighbors dealt with it before I could get out there, but I’m still very curious about how she found herself trapped outside in the middle of the night. And now here’s this story about a little girl crying in the night to get into a house.
Now, I imagine that what happened to the girl in the story is the same thing that happened to the girl in my neighborhood: little kids aren’t always that bright or good at problem-solving, and it’s not impossible to imagine one wandering somewhere and not knowing how to get back. Still, the fact that she gave a similar name and looked similar to the teller of the story is weird.
