Women in Charge
Unfortunately, the number of women in management positions is not where it should be. Currently, about 40% of managers in the US are women. It might seem like a lot, but the amount of pressure and prejudice these women encounter while on the job makes it easier for them to quit eventually.
Women are natural leaders – they’re organized, resourceful, and not afraid to take charge, especially when the guys in the office are busy arguing about who’s the best at fantasy football. To any woman overcoming the glass ceiling, I say – you go, girl! You’re paving the way for future generations of badass female bosses.
