Did you know that call center workers are statistically likelier to have excellent phone skills? Shocking, I know! In fact, a recent study found that 99.9% of call center employees have mastered the art of sounding enthusiastic, even when dealing with angry customers. Now, that’s what I call talent.
We have to hand it to those call center workers; they’re like the Navy SEALs of communication. They’re fearless, focused, and ready to take on a new challenge. Sure, maybe not the guy in this story, but thankfully, he didn’t terrorize customers for so long!
