Budgie
Even though talking birds are quite common, we find them fascinating when we come across one. The parrot, sometimes known as a psittacine, is the most well-known of this species. They contain about 398 species, most of which are located in tropical and subtropical areas of the world. Macaws, amazons, lorikeets, lovebirds, cockatoos, and other parrots are among the most frequent.
One of the lesser known talking birds is the Budgerigar, or more commonly known in American English as parakeets. They are a small, long-tailed, seed-eating parrot that usually goes by the nickname of ‘budgie’. This affectionate, cute bird is small and inexpensive, and if trained properly a Budgie can mimic human speech. These small parrots make delightful pets and are usually friendly and easy to tame.
