#32: Remote Possibilities
This one hurts me. One of the big changes the pandemic caused is it a lot of us suddenly found that we could work from home. And if you’re working from home, you can work from anywhere; no need to pay for an expensive apartment in the big city when you could have just as easily been saving money or enjoying small town life somewhere else.
The trouble is that we didn’t know. We were all locked in our houses for a long time, and by the time we were out and moving around again, a lot of the work from home restrictions are being lifted. Personally, I still regret that I didn’t take advantage of those circumstances and go work from Hawaii for a while.
