#18: Four or Six?
The assassination of John F Kennedy Jr. had a massive impact on the United States. If you weren’t alive then, go talk to someone who was, and I will bet you two shiny quarters that they will be able to tell you exactly where they were when they heard the news.
So with all that, it’s kind of surprising that there are details about that event that people get so wrong. And I’m not just talking about the conspiracy theory people. I’ve heard from more than one person who insists that there were only four people in the car that day, even though there were clearly six. Why are we so bad at remembering things that are important to us?
