#29: A Red Flag if I Ever Saw One
As an employer, you should be honest and straightforward about the job and the work environment during job interviews. At the same time, there are certain things you don’t necessarily want to say during an interview, as they might scare away potential employees.
Asking a candidate during a job interview if they are sure they wouldn’t quit on the first day is strange. Repeating the question five times is straight-on alarming, not to say suspicious. This has to mean they’ve had more than one employee who quit on the first day, which is never a good sign.
