#43: “I finally invent something that works!”
If you haven’t noticed yet, Pasadena neighborhoods are prime filming locations for Hollywood. This is Lorraine Baines’ house from Back to the Future, located at 1727 Bushnell Avenue in Pasadena, California. It was built in 1909 and is worth an estimated $2.4 million! Believe it or not, that’s a reasonable price for a five-bedroom house in that neighborhood.
The updates look good on it, too. Some people say that the yellow door is a bit too much, but it adds to the charm. Whoever bought it purchased it in 2003 for just $1 million. They obviously made a good investment since the price has more than doubled in 20 years!
