Almost Entirely Thought Out
I have to give Leonardo Notarbartolo some credit for forethought in this heist story. While some criminals act quickly and, at times, irrationally, Notarbartolo took more than three years to plan his elaborate diamond heist. This guy has crazy project management skills! If only he had used that for something good…

But while he was meticulous in planning how to get past 63 cameras and ten layers of security, there was at least one detail he missed. Police eventually linked him to the crime after finding his DNA on a sandwich. I think it’s clear this was an example of investigative police work. Now, if only they could find the stolen jewels too.
