You know those automated chat boxes that have started to pop up on company websites? Instead of talking to a real person, you’re often forced to ask a bot your customer service questions. These bots are usually useless and provide little to no helpful information. Well, ChatGPT is the same. But how can this be?! Isn’t OpenAI at the cutting edge of tech?
Sure, it is, but maybe the “cutting edge” of tech isn’t as advanced as we think. This person asked ChatGPT for a riddle, but the AI messed up the big reveal. The human on the other end was able to correctly guess the answer to the riddle, but the bot shot them down. When the human gave up, ChatGPT provided the “correct” answer. It was the exact same answer they had guessed earlier. What a waste of time!
