Amusing, Weird, and Ludicrous Examples of AI Chats Gone Wild

“What came first, the chicken or the egg?” This is an age-old question that may never have a definitive answer. Or so we thought. If you ask ChatGPT, it seems pretty sure what the answer to that philosophical question is. It answered this question by simply saying “egg.” Okay. Apparently, ChatGPT doesn’t have to explain itself. 

Naturally, the user asked why ChatGPT was so confident that the egg came before the chicken. They’re only human, after all. Still, the AI wasn’t very forthcoming with its explanation. It simply replied, “Evolution.” Thanks for the science lesson, ChatGPT. In all seriousness, most scientists are pretty sure the egg did come first, so the AI isn’t totally coming out of left field.
