#47: College Weight Gain
Look, gaining some extra weight in college is almost inevitable. You don’t have time to cook proper meals – and your budget is low – so your diet consists of mostly vending machine snacks and junk food; you go to parties and drink a lot of beer; you wake up early the next morning, late for class, and drink three cups of coffee.
And before you know it, you marvel at your expanding waistline as your jeans become a distant memory. We can’t really blame you when fast-food restaurants are conveniently placed all around campus! Pair that with the sleep-deprived lifestyle of a college student, and you’ve got a recipe for disaster.
